I wanted to buy a V-Strom 1050 DE and so I canvassed dealers in the sector (Roanne, Andrézieux and Dardilly) by email. Guillaume made me a commercial offer that met my expectations and at the same price as Virus Moto which had matched.
When purchasing, I had negotiated accessories, but this model being very recent, some were not available at the time of delivery of the motorcycle.
Guillaume did everything possible to get them to me as quickly as possible.
As agreed a month ago, assembly of my side case supports today ;o)!
For my part, I have nothing to reproach Diamant Moto, quite the contrary, because Guillaume respected our contract despite all the hazards.
Diamant moto is the Suzuki of the Saint-Etienne region.
They also make other brands and sell second-hand items.
After several experiences with them, the only thing to do is, ultimately, to buy new. But then never go back there.
Honestly if you can go directly to Suzuki Dardilly don't even hesitate.
The prices at Diamant are 10 to 20% more expensive than the market price, and the used motorcycles are generally in random mechanical condition: if the previous owner was rigorous no problem, if it was a bloody too bad for you, Diamant moto will sell it as is.
I know several people who have had problems, I myself bought a problematic enduro there. I went back twice but the mechanic is neither efficient nor efficient. As I am not confrontational I ended up redoing everything myself, here is what was wrong: brakes that lock when hot, fork oil level too low (a disaster to ride), no lighting, leaking fuel tap etc. It sells motorcycles without doing a minimum of maintenance and testing.
I recently bought a Suzuki from a recognized professional, 1500 euros less than the same one from Diamant with many more km.
The bad reputation is causing, I hear only harm, and rightly so. We need to quickly take control of ourselves and ask ourselves the right questions. Good luck
I bought a 50 cc, it worked for 3 months and then it didn't work at all after a modification by the garage
I asked them to repair it but they are certainly not capable of repairing it because I had to bring it in more than 10 times and it didn't work afterwards when they returned it to me.
Until the warranty no longer exists (after 2 years) so it still doesn't work
For a €3000 motorcycle that cannot go more than 15 km/h

Motorcycle purchased with a broken switch, I of course asked to be informed as soon as possible to change it: zero response (since 2019!). On a maintenance bill of 1.2k I choose to install LED indicators; They lasted a year and a half before one of them took a trip alone, and for no reason! It came loose in I don't know how.
In short, overall I advise against it; Motorcycle purchased more expensive than the market price even though it has good mileage, commodo broken (no warning), and I have some doubts about the quality of the equipment installed.
Very very disappointed
